Sponsor The Twin Run

We are looking for companies and organizations that want to sponsor Twin Run and Twin Day on May 14, 2023.

The Twin Day is organized for families who have experienced a complicated multiple pregnancy. Parents and children can contact each other on this day to exchange experiences. This is facilitated with several activities for young and old. The Twin Day will follow on from the Twin Run , a sponsored run that aims to raise money for multiple birth research (linked to the Leiden Marathon).

The Twin Day is organized by the fetal therapy team of the Leiden University Medical Center in collaboration with the TAPS Support Foundation.

This year the money will go to the Well Bee studyThis is a scientific study set up by the obstetrics/neonatology/psychology department of the LUMC that focuses on mapping the mental burden of families with complicated multiple births, which aims to reduce stress and optimize the quality of life of these families.

Want to sponsor?

This can be done in 4 different ways.

Sponsorship amount

• • Sponsor amount €250 = your company logo or name will be printed on the T-shirts worn during the Twin Run.
• Sponsor amount €500 = company logo/name T-shirts sponsor run + website/social media mention.
• Sponsor amount > €750 = company logo/name T-shirts sponsor run + website/social media mention + banner.

The sponsor money will be used to cover the costs of the Twin Day, and the remaining amount will go to the Well Bee study.

Item Sponsorship

Item sponsorship is also very welcome! Think of running clothes, decorations, snacks, sandwiches or drinks for the Twin Day. Depending on the amount of donated goods, we will list your company (see for amounts and details under 1) sponsorship amount).

Lottery Sponsorship

A lottery will also be organized to raise money for the Well Bee study. Products and/or services will be drawn on this lottery. Products and/or services will be drawn on this lottery.

You can also contribute to this (e.g. dinner voucher for 2 people, print, children’s clothing, etc.). Your company will be mentioned during the lottery and will also be mentioned on the website/social media (under prizes lottery).

Since Twin Day coincides with Mother’s Day, we would also like to pay attention to this, for example, by offering Mother’s Day gift packages. Would you like to help us with this action? Please Please contact us to exchange ideas. The proceeds of this action will go to the Well Bee study.
